The People's Church is a gathering of people brought together by one thing...
the good news that God loves and saves sinners through His Son Jesus Christ.
So that's us...a bunch of rag-tag sinners saved by Jesus. We are ruined for anything else this side of Heaven other than loving and serving our King Jesus, His people (that's the Church), and His world. Although we fail miserably all the time, we are learning to run freely and joyfully toward God instead of away from Him. We believe that God has made a way for us to be not only seen as clean and "not-guilty" before Him, but also beloved and adopted as children in His family through the work of Jesus' death and resurrection.
Yep...we believe a carpenter from a small town in Israel who lived around 2000 years ago was both fully God and fully man and that when He chose to give Himself up for all humankind by dying in our place, He made a way for God to both be just and the Justifier. We also really actually seriously believe that Jesus got up out of a tomb 3 days later and that He is still alive today ruling and reigning over His Church from Heaven. We invite you to explore this wild rescue story for yourself as we study the Bible together each Sunday or in relationship with our church family throughout the week.
Our community is a safe place to explore what you think about Jesus and His Church.
